GENERAL: VCT: Kapuni Gas Arbitration Award

Vector has received an award from a recent arbitration hearing regarding the
applicable terms (price and quantities) for the next tranche of Kapuni gas,
which it has been taking since July 2013.

Vector has been providing for the purchase of this gas in its financial
statements at a price which is consistent with the award, and therefore does
not expect this outcome to have a material impact on financial performance
for the coming year.

The award is subject to appeals which must be lodged within 3 months.
