    Yeah, even though it's still just chatting this one interests me more. Mauritius seems to have had more interest in CETO over a longer time frame. My feeling is they've had plenty of time to lose interest or look elsewhere. The fact that they've seemingly up'ed their interest level at this stage is positive.
