I agree the amount of shares is an issue, but does or done nothing? Hallmark were prepared to sign a JV agreement even before the factory here has produced any flyash proppant and done the testing on it. Remember Hallmark are makers of proppant, they understand it, and the market. It speaks volumes to me, either that or LWP have pulled off one great con job on the Indian JV partner. 1 million US upfront, 10% of gross royalties, 60 % of the factory and 25% of current MC in the bank. I'm not sure what more you could expect. But I do agree dilution is a killer. DB
