It has been a complete waste for anyone who bought BLT in anticipation of anything positive. FOMO just doesn't apply anymore. You may as well wait for official trial announcements for Cohort 4 next year. Today's price is a total disaster for shareholders as it has broken 50 cent support which it held for two years. Down over 50% since August.
The price is so low now and will be pushed lower because these players know there is nothing that can stop them when the company is silent. Even if the price goes up 100% on an announcement we are just back to where we were prior to the IPO disaster.
Re the silent period - it has nothing to do with continuous disclosure. Based on the information the company has, it has determined that there is nothing to disclose.
