Mr Wilson has decided to resign due to a potential conflict in Oaktree's investment portfolio.
Thomas Casarella as an Alternate Director for Mr Wilson has therefore also resigned.
What on earth does this imply?
Personally, a step down of director smells bad to me, but does BBG really deserve the current SP, under 55c again?
Something fishy going on here methinks.
