The limitation and unpredictability of supply of donated human tissue is one reason why the effort to develop products like cardiocel exists.
The companies own admission statements list all of the issues confronting them in the market.

The treatment of the donated tissue reduces but does not eliminate rejection issues.
Certainly a competitor to cardiocel products but IMO far from being a threat in terms of market share.
