Well they nearly fell for the old salted diamond trick. I can't believe DEG would be foolish enough to walk into the disaster that south Africa is with the BEE scheme/scam that means only the most savvy explorers get away with more than being mugged for cash by the locals. No way is DEG in that league. So a disaster avoided, but I'll bet its after a fair bit of cash has been wasted in a foolish folly. Time for some board resignations I think. If nothing else to save money until things improve for new jv's at Turner River.
