Class actions occur when Management withhold information and the market is not informed.
The market undervaluing a stock is nt the basis for a class action as Mgt have no control over the market.
If Mgt did come out with a shocking revelation and the Market was trading while uninformed then absolutely a class action wuold be on the cards.
