I'm thinking the takeover provisions change is a prerequisite for the off take agreement... I'm thinking the off take agreement is going to influence the options uptake (assuming the appeal isn't concluded in time).

Regardless of all that I topped up today - heart says get some more, head says wait till it reflects the options price, "greed" won out and I got some more - I'm confident that the price will get higher than today, may dip lower, but will definitely be higher.
