I am sure the lawyers will work this one out.
One point to note is that these doctors would have originally had a deal with the company when it was BOD. I think they got into celexcell aound 2006. A lot has changed since then. Including the reverse takeover to become Admedus.
They have been waiting a long time, and maybe the current deal isn't what they originally signed up for. As with most things we are in the dark, but fair enough it is before the courts. I would love to hear both sides of the argument, whatever the argument is.
