Great email Hugh, hopefully you get a response. Just on the AFR article, one of the northern wells is producing water, we were told this at the AGM. The other one is producing mainly gas, as it is too close to the gas cap. With the gas compressor on the FPSO out, it has to be flared instead of pumped back into Banda.
The other thing highlighted was that the field is essentially broken into two. I'm unsure how much of an impact the northern well problems are having on the southern wells, but I understand that it is minimal. I wouldn't expect production at Ching to be suspended.
