chowbang, thanks for the details on mindbridge.  Sadly my unease is only growing.  We might say its no big deal, but is it really?  Questions swirl in my head :  

• Why does management seem desperate to make weight by twice including themselves in the count of customers?
• Is this announcement intentionally misleading?  Are management really trustworthy?
• Does management take its investors for fools thinking we would not check on these things or would not care?

Please don't discount me as a down-ramper, as I have a goodly number of shares bought at a pretty attractive price and had intended to keep them for a long time.  I still believe, but gosh, stuff like this makes it difficult.  Watching closely.
