Yea well its been manipulated down wards anyway ...same out fit probably...If you want the price to go up you need to excise constraint on selling unless you want to push it to my next buys into the 40s ... When it bounces a few of you will be scratching your heads .Make them pay those that want to accumulate large parcels ...$$$
