    Are field tests of the newly-fabricated 5-ton unit being conducted at the Silver Hawk Ranch? Are actual ore samples being ablated? Has the excessive wear issue been resolved? Will the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment and the NRC agree with Pugsley's white paper argument that ablation is mining and not uranium processing/concentration, and therefore does not require a radioactive/source material license?
