CBL Insurance IPO by UBS, page-29

Blueballs, what's your latest on CBL from your sources. My source says will be priced under $1.60 most likely $1.50 to $1.55 NZ. Also heard Insto Demand is very high at UBS. I was informed that the Priority Offer is well over subscribed here in OZ, apparently only 27 employees on Priority Offer and around the world. Some big European Clients and sources of CBL have put in huge amounts into the offer. Will be very tight here in OZ as they need to cover NZ,HK, European and Aussie instos and NZ Broker firm guys. I was told that sellers in OZ could be very scarce even though UBS will line up Instos to buy as part of the allocation deals.We need to collect info quickly as time is approaching. It kinds of reminds me like Pepper IPO in many ways.
