Enoggera, IMO Tony Abbott is a leader without a mandate to do anything; which is what he promised at the 2013 Election - a seat warmer until the next election.

After 168 consecutive bad polls most people would expect that a decent person concerned about the national interest would have resigned, Abbott's insatiable lust for power precludes that. Given Abbott's warning in February and faiure ever since, most people expect Liberal MPs to follow through; they've failed to do so.

IMO Abbott will call an election the moment he gets wind of a challenge and if that doesn't happen, an election before having to face up to the 2015 Budget.

Barring WW3 or similar, IMO Abbott is systematically trashing brand Liberal and ensuring anyone could lead the ALP into government for up to a decade.
