Plenty of speculation about this, but the recent announcement by AVQ suggests that the court will reconvene this month (speculation about whether that is just to hear other cases or to give the outcome AVQ v SMM).

Another document indicates that the 15th Oct may have been an estimated date that a decision would have been completed.

As to when an outcome must be given by in the appeal court...I could not find details of this but time most court time limits were at the discretion of the court.

BTW, get in line, I'm trying to buy too!
