buying 1M shares without public Ann due to takeover negotiations will potentially land someone in jail - furphy IMO.
I reckon the SP drop was due to people getting wind of borschoff thinking about retirement combined with general market selloff in recent times. It was oversold. If Alex doesn't apply his anti-Midas touch and just signs the cheques till a real CEO is found the price will recover as the uranium price recovers IMO.
