Bought 15 yrs ago minimum (longer is better), balance it with property ownership with land title bought it 15 yrs ago minimum (longer is better) Then net worth gives & takes about $1 mil (less debt), way above ave Aussie. If you sell out everything today, it's $1 mill at hand. Some can achieve $2 mill+ at hand (depends where you live & gold ownership).
