I think the order of catalysts must be: 1a) drill results and/or 1b) optimized Sn recovery, and; 2) DFS based on 1a and 1b. Deal finalization, coming up to a full quarter late (poor to bad guidance by CSD management) can happen at any moment. The chart suggests ==========================================> finalization was anticipated by retail in the second half of July, with any euphoria now squelched.

"... when the world sorts its cr@p out, CSD will be sitting pretty." E1. Frankly, CSD is sitting OK. It's the waiting and poor guidance that are rightly taking their toll. Not financing to literally keep the lights on, or uncertainty over permit timing and granting.
