I heard today William, the 3 year old abducted over a year ago was a foster child., so why haven't we heard from his biological parents?

What some have to say in regards to this information:

Is it true he is a foster child? So much secrecy with this case, why have we not heard from or seen his parents begging for answers? If my child was missing you would not hear the end of me till I had answers  something's very fishy about the whole thing.

Something that you never think would or could happen to your child, you do let you mind go there every now and then because of stories like this. We live in a small town/city I let my kids wander around over to the park, down to the river (which they get in trouble for) and ride their bikes around the neighbourhood which they should be able to do freely and SAFELY. Someone must know something in such a small place. Start a public register for bloody pedophiles so we can keep our kids safe from these vermin!!! Love peace and light to william and his family

If he did not wonder off into the bush and he is too young to run away from home then obviously he was kidnapped. I thought this the first day he went missing. Why isn't his face and story being shown on TV a lot more often all over Australia? He might not be in NSW anymore. He might have been taken elsewhere by now. Everyone in Australia needs to see his face on the TV news and in newspapers on a regular basis to remind people that he is still missing.

They need a whole show based on it and more information has to be available..... So sad that this is not on the front page of every paper and that it is not in every news headline daily, in four months someone must have seen him or know his whereabouts!!!

More, more, more publicity. Why has this been so low key. Let the Daniel Morcombe family get involved. I am sure they would. They were wonderful and still are the way they handled their tragedy.

Don't think for one minute that the police aren't doing anything.. They work tirelessly behind the scenes!! Hoping for a good outcome

If they are foster parents then as someone said above, maybe he is with someone in his biological family that really wanted him. Hoping for something like that - bless his little heart.

If he is a foster child... Which no one in any real position has ever confirmed that I'm aware of... Why haven't his bio parents begged publicly for support? I'm a foster mother as well as a mother of 5 and I can tell you if it was any of my kids bio or fostered I'd be on the TV every chance I got asking for help. I'd be plastering pics in every servo etc myself n begging others to help do the same. If every person on this post hit print on a pic of this little boy and put it up around their town, this country would be covered in his photo and people wouldn't be able to forget that he is missing. If the parents won't try why can't the public?

To me he is another Daniel Morcombe, you were forever seeing something about him on to, reading about him in books, what the hell aren't they doing the same here. This poor little man will be so scared especially if he isn't with someone he knows. Wtf is happening here.

Unless they've shown the wrong clip the police officer doesn't say anything about new evidence or an abduction? He says they are NOT speculating and that they are still open to every possibility. If the media report they should do so properly and not hamper the investigation by reporting things that are clearly not true. I really hope they find this little boy safe and well and soon. Every parents worst nightmare. Stay safe William x

Doesn't appear that there has been much attention to this case if it was my child i would be begging for public support in looking for him! Hope he is found safe and well! Non stop media attention is required I think!

Nothing that the officer said is suggesting anything about a kidnapping. She was the one suggesting that. Dont mess with peoples heads, that poor family.
