The fundamentals [income]at HDR have NOT changed in the past few months, the fundamentals HAVE been delayed for about 4 to 5 months, Uganda has actually improved, and management are apparently flying to Trinidad to arrange Guyane JV in the next few weeks.
HDR are in my opinion spreading themselves too thin with too many projects, they are obviously looking for speedy income streams considering the "snails pace" that WPL move in Mauritania, Uganda is the key to independance for HDR, IMHO as fast production here 12 to 18 months will move the company along nicely.
The management need to concentrate on the assets in hand and not go "empire building" to stroke their egos.
