PB would put it into a trading halt if there was something unreleased that the Chinese are acting on... My only thoughts is if Ao-Zhong knew something directly from Hyundai/Posco etc before PB knows it (e.g. that Hyundai won't be taking a cornerstone investment position). However, I don't know how well the Chinese get on with the Sth Koreans?? I suspect it is more just that the Chinese just take the opportunity to downsize their holdings when the share price reaches the mid-high 20s... they have had a huge level of risk/exposure to TNG and stand to lose a lot of money if it doesn't get to production. Hopefully, we can assume that they still want a decent amount of exposure though and don't just intend to sell it all whenever they can above mid 20s...
