It still begs the question as to why anyone would pay 0.3 cents for a share when they could pay 0.2 cents for a SVLR instead (by paying 0.1 on market plus the 0.1 take up) and also get half an option (to pay 0.3 cents btw, not 3 cents) as a bonus! It also makes you wonder why those bids are there at 0.2 when it is offered at that price with the bonus half option through SVLR!!!!
