With each announcement I get more comfortable that TON is differentiating itself in a commercial manner. Getting into bed with a defined world leading end user like YXGC is a huge competitive advantage.
Further, with vertical integration and in-house value-adding TON is in CONTROL of its own destiny. With the type of non-traditional offtake agreements that we are seeing in the g market, I don't like the concept of the offtake partner being the sole financier. This is a big risk. If they start getting Board seats then watch out, you've really lost strategic control of your business.
