    I was just running the numbers and agree. However you need to ask yourself why by 85 million GUF. Then think about it we had a take over offer at $0.06c before we had one single contract in place and we still had big loans to pay. Now GUF has some good contracts with more to come I'm sure. Any offer to take over GUF would need to be close to $0.12-18c to get anyone interested . Run the numbers based on that!
