Will be interesting to see what happens, he no doubt made some deals with the conservatives in the party....  "Turnbull is socially Centre-Left and fiscally Centre-Right, he might appoint a member of the Right-Wing faction in Scott Morrison to be the Treasurer to appease the Right-Wing faction and continue the same strongly conservative economic agenda that Tony Abbott began, whilst Turnbull begins to slowly implement his own, more modern, more in-touch and progressive social policy.
Same-Sex Marriage is now an inevitability by 2016, Climate Change will be right back on the agenda, the abortion debate will be buried once and for all, Australia becoming a Republic will be heavily tossed around as well.
It's going to be an interesting time, and it forces the opposition to pick up their game, as they were simply walking to an election win before. Facing Turnbull will be a much more difficult challenge for them. I truly hope this lifts both main parties to pick up their game, as the last 12 years have been an absolute farce politically."
