If it doesnt open today it will go into suspension. Which means the company has not being able to provide ASIC / ASX with suitable information to be released to the market.Everyone will then sit around crapping their pants. Because lets be honest if this was legit. This should have been sorted last week. If they really are scrambling to get the paper work together. Then this hand shake deal probably happened over one or two many whiskeys ( at share holders expense no doubt ).
