Doom and gloom

I'm not sure which way this will end up, I think there's enough circumstantial evidence either way to support whatever your gut is telling you.

However, as a counterpoint to the doom and gloom, @LOTM mentioned the 2010 sale of Yellow Rose and Bluebonnet for $200m. Here are the announcements headlines:



Lots of 'suspending' going on and a good outcome. Following by plans for the future, share buybacks and JC buying himself.

Now, I know the details are a little different, but IF we get a deal up (and it turns out the bad smells were just that and nothing substantive) then this is how it might roll...
