I have faith in myself, but not in NMS currently. Other stocks such as AIM, MAE etc offer earnings, a good looking chart, momentum and runs on the board. NMS has dropped from $1.50 to 0.40c. My other stocks have also made me considerable money over the last 6 months. NMS has lost me money. No comparison really.

Do we have any proof of this? Don't see any new contracts or forward earnings guidance.

Yes probably missed quite a bit from the EGM I agree.

Where has anyone from the company told us what "easily expected" earnings are?

"The fundamentals of the situation are way better than ever before too with the current experience base, and the intended move into oil and gas, inspection and NDT. A bigger, more significant company than ever planned for before, is now being created. (Even if it does take slightly longer again, as a result.)"

On paper the fundamentals of the company have always looked sound to me. Haven't they always been looking to move into oil and gas?

"NMS is a strong buy at these levels; certanly not a sell. The company is far stronger as a whole and has more absolute direction towards grand success than ever before. Period!"

Chart over the last 6 months is terrible. Managements record overseeing the Danish contract and IEV is terrible. Investor confidence is shot. No institutions on board. No consistent revenue. All we have is statements of "grand success" coming which have not eventuated and not been quantified.
