STO's 13.5% stake is far from a "mop up", in fact it's sale alone would more than halve its US9B in debt. OSH has a strong enough balance sheet to add some debt and do a cap raising/rights issue and buy out STO's stake...this would provide excellent growth prospects for OSH's future, combined with making it a far less attractive T/O target, by diluting its capital.
