I think 7.5 x is about what Private Equity would pay.
This is a totally amazing deal for AMA.
Puts these guys in the best position in the world in the space for the go forward.
I am not selling and I think you will see major growth over the coming years.
AMA have effectively taken out the big guy at the start of the consolidation.
Cudos to all involved.
And besides the difference between AMA and other consolidators is they are from the trade and know it like the back of their hands and they have proven themselves up till now.
