Some of the comments on this board are embarrassing. Really, you seriously think company board and or management have any incentive to get the share price down?
Even if they did have an options package due, would it really be worth risking jail time via some kind of share price manipulation scheme?
No and No.
I do have some concern none of the board own a decent position in the company however because this shows a lack of alignment and tends to foster and more "theoretical" board approach rather than a practical one.
Generally speaking, having your own money on the line tends to motivate decisions that will deliver the best outcome for your investment (and that of other shareholders).
