Love these small acqusitions. Expands Bulletproofs skills/offering in private managed cloud (big corporates & govt clients demand this). 2x EBITA is great. As is the potential to top up at 0.25c (it would get down there again).

Interestingly, Infoplex customers (CrownBet, Movember, BlueScope Steel) are also BPF customers, so it shows that BPF are getting the services their customers require.
