One interesting aspect of the Roe-1 Update was that page 5 suggests that one (proposed) drill would pass through two Category 1 conductors. (C2 and C3) At least that is how I interpret it. Plus you get to pass through C2b on the way (which is not category 1) apparently.
It is a bit tricky to figure out the spatial orientation of these three conductors, but a roughly N-S azimuth drill (I think) can be visualised as passing through all conductors

Certainly it is a deep drill (scaled at 560m +) and therefore a bit more costly but three conductors hit for one hole seems like good economics? If they just want to find out if it is NiS and not sulphidic shale, conserve capital, they might even do a much cheaper RC instead and be done with it. Update only indicates DD though in future.

C2 and C2b appear to plot as starting very close to surface (page 6) and indeed C2b is shown as extending FROM surface, going right through the "Base of Oxidation". So, is it a HG Ni conductor, or not!!?

It would only take a quick and shallow RC down to a few metres to sample C2 and see what is causing the high conduction.

Interesting that although C2b is not listed as a Category 1, it has a much higher Conductivity-thickness and Tau than either C2 or C3 ! I have tried to get a better handle on both of these parameters on Google but no luck, so assume that the higher they are the better. Maybe it is not a Cat 1 because it does not quite have a good enough indicated size. Still it is good though.

Yeah, SP being down is a bit depressing... always better to see the numbers higher up. Still someone was sufficiently sold on MPJ to stump up $1.2m and they do not do that on a whim.

Anyway if they hit Ni very soon in Sept. then that low SP will be history. If not.. I will be history! Yikes! Go MPJ.
