Snakk Media Limited 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholders Results
Snakk Media Limited is please to advise that the following resolutions put to
the Annual Meeting of Shareholders earlier today were passed by a show of
hands:
1. THAT Mr Martin Riegel, retiring from office as Director of Snakk Media
Limited in accordance with NZAX Listing Rule 3.2.3, be elected as a Director
of Snakk Media Limited;
2. THAT Mr Malcolm Lindeque, retiring from office as Director of Snakk Media
Limited in accordance with NZAX Listing Rule 3.2.3, be elected as a Director
of Snakk Media Limited;
3. THAT Mr Peter James, retiring from office as Director of Snakk Media
Limited in accordance with NZAX Listing Rule 3.2.3, be elected as a Director
of Snakk Media Limited; and
4. THAT the Directors of the Company be authorised to fix the auditor's
(Staples Rodway) remuneration for the forthcoming year.
Michelle Kong retired from the Board following the company's Annual Meeting.
