That may well depend on whether, medically, a disease that is increasing in effect after treatment is considered to be in progression or regression. Certainly the patient is in regression. The initial paying customers are most likely to be those whose tumour has started to increase again and they want to survive a little longer. If they have the money they will pay up. Certainly as clinical trials progress and further experience with the technique is developed it may one day be a first line treatment for pancreatic cancer. That's a little further off.
