Yeah, everyone knows roughly what marketing is, but it's not clear to me that a company with no tangible product can benefit much from it.
Also, while it's trendy to be on twitter/facebook/linkedin/etc. For a company with no customers, I'm not sure what the value add would be. Surely the company should publish to the ASX and then if anyone cares, they can blog, tweet, fart, grunt, or shrug about it on the appropriate platform. Thereby making PYC go 'viral' and sending the stock price to the moon.
Reading between the lines, I think what you guys are really suggesting is spruiking shares via some sort of social media boiler room, but the company can't do that legally.
