I just spoke to the Director + Chairman, page-5

Forgive my ignorance, but I imagine that the executive board, directors, shareholders, and everyone else who plays a role in this business are well and truly aware that a div was due and shareholders were expecting it.
Last year same thing happened, and some people on HC were saying div will be paid, it was promised etc etc.
At the face to face meeting earlier this year apparently it was discussed, and promises were made.
Yet there still seems to be something missing....
Something is fishy here, with the excess spending on stores that are not even owned by this company. Money is leaving the building and questions are not being asked.
Guys, try and look at this reasonably. Perhaps SH's should get together and demand answers.
I myself lost a bucketload on SBB. I'd be more than happy to support any action to get some answers.
