It reads as a positive although reading between the lines I think this would not have been TZL's ideal outcome.
I expect that there will some concerns over a lack of focus on Intevia in the near term as the transaction is completed and the buyers restructure the business. Lets face it, this whole sale process has probably cost TZL a year's worth of marketing and sales traction.
