Thanks for your suggestions. I ran the numbers again using the assumption that the Li and W quoted are pure elements. The new numbers I get are;

WO3
Study: 800. Calc: 530

LiCO3 (Assumed Li2)
Study: 19,400. Calc: 15,650

With these new numbers the revenue projections only fall short by about 10%.
The quoted tonnage of output begins to make sense if we assume they meant "concentrate" rather than actual metal produced.

Until there is more clarity, I'm keeping my powder dry. Good luck to all holders.
