Hello mate. I think we'll find that when the company who is interested in a debt/equity stake at our end is disclosed, alot of the puzzle will suddenly fall into place. I could speculate on who that is, but in reality it would just be me throwing darts.
Hopefully, given the short timeline of the FS (which i have heard is still on track) we will know the answer to all of these questions very soon.
