Actually Bradfield i will add one other thing.
If you consider the timeline of events for Alara since april (when they issued 6m shares as payment for corporate advisory services, which generally are associated with mergers and acquisitions) they paint a fairly compelling picture. Board restructure, fast tracking of FS, new debt/equity negotiations, bridging loan. These all seem to contradict the typical operational flow of a minnow battling for survival in a tough commodities environment.
