Only thing I could find which was coincidental was the Federal Reserve announcement that they are leaving interest rates unchanged. That happened at 1030 AM ET. Biotech index was up 4.4%. One company's "Fast Track" drug designation (was already declared "Orphan" and is in PhII) happened this morning and what the stock did was ridiculous. Check CANF (and hope similar happens here, in time).
