MEETING: MHI: Amended Annual Meeting date / Closing date Director Noms
Amended Annual Meeting Date and Closing Date for Director Nominations
Further to the announcement made on 17 August 2015, the Company advises that
for practical reasons and accommodating director diaries, the Annual Meeting
of shareholders will now be held on Friday 4 December at 10.30am at the
Auckland Room 4, Sky City Convention Centre, 88 Federal St, Auckland.
The Closing date for Director Nominations has been consequentially amended to
Monday 5 October 2015.
No person (other than a Director retiring at the meeting) shall be elected as
a Director at the annual meeting unless that person has been nominated by a
shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting. All enquiries
