    1 csm for 27 shares
    but that was when csm was 2.73 I think
    Now 1.90 or down 30%
    CSM owns 35% of TIR
    What a koo.......
    CSM must be infront now.
    Wonder what will happen next?
    Apparently TIR needs funds to continue operations
    I'd say CSM has got em over barrel
