    IMO the powers to be would have ann something in regards to the knoc deal if was going to happen,
    given the battering the sp has received driven by the unwarrented TH.
    My guess is Knoc have told them they are not intrerested and they are working franticly on plan B which is to find another JV to soften the blow.
    P.S Hope I'm wrong
