    While I agree another offer is certainly possible, I don't think the current price is factoring that in.

    Due to the higher EVN price the offer ia currently worth more than the initial 12c, more like 13c and some change.

    If Evn keep rising, we will creep with them. If Evn dip we probably wil too.
