I said last week that Mr Hanna would be defiant and was right. He doesn't bat an eyelid when he says he expected $10k to cover supply AND INSTILLATION of two big split/ducted air conditioning [16 and 18 hp units as I recall] and that invoices for "supply" didn't specifically exclude instillation so he is entitled to assume that a "supply" invoice was in reality "supply and install".
I doubt he seriously thinks anyone but the most naive would believe him, but it would be difficult to prove, in a court of law, that he is perjuring himself.
