I thought all your questions were answered by either myself and/or other hc forum members. Here, for ease of reference, I list your questions and the replies from me and other HC forum members:

1. Commissioning ? Answer: early 2016
2. Steam turbine? Answer: 6-12months following 2nd 200MW turbine
3. Steam turbine contributing to increased efficiency re: overall plant operation? Answer: yes (see EWC Sengkang power plant and reason for 60MW steam turbine).
4. Gas supply? Answer: in the first instance from independent third parties.
5. Price for electricity? Answer: see Doc’s 18 Sept 2015 post (ie. around 12cents per KWH).
6. What does EWC AR stand for? Answer: see Ilyas comment above.
7. $335 million owed to Slipform? Answer: see EWC preliminary final report (payment to be postponed until Oct 2016/or ability to pay). Plus see Ilyas answer above.
